Yoga has been integral to my life for over 30 years. Having worked in medical publishing as an advertising sales representative, I understand the toll the daily grind of stress, deadlines and multi-tasking can have on the mind, body and spirit. Yoga has been a vital part of my life in providing me with balance and time to breathe. I have been trained in the Kripalu style of Hatha Yoga. As a yoga instructor, I aim to assist each yogi so they may get deeper into their practice and find greater depth in the poses, as well as discover a quiet confidence within themselves. My goal is to be an instructor who inspires students to develop a practice that truly resonates with them, whether on a mat or with a chair--as there is always a modification so All Can Do. Each practice will be designed to reflect where each person's edge is on that day and working within it, so that it will enhance their lives apart from their Yoga practice. I can design classes for all ages, as my current clients include: assisted living facilities, senior activity groups and weekly classes with Rowan College at Burlington County.
